Upcoming Events

Diaper Drop for the Decker Family

FBC is currently partnering with Griffith Baptist Church (pastor Zach Decker). Zach and his wife, Morgan, have a new, beautiful son, Shepherd Jasper and we want to have a Diaper Drop to help them out. You can drop off all items (diapers, wipes, gifts, etc) in the main lobby this Sunday through September 21st.

Celebration of Life for Roger Dull

Roger Dull's service will be held here at Farmington Baptist Church on Sunday, September 21st, at 3:00 pm. The family invites you to visit with them at the church one hour before the service. Below is the link for Roger's obituary. Please continue to pray for Judy and their family.

Awana Snacks

Every Wednesday throughout the school year, we have a building full of Awana kiddos learning scripture, playing games, and worshiping God! This takes a lot of energy, so we like to feed them a snack before they go home. Sign up here if you feel led to contribute some yummy snacks! They can be store-bought or homemade, bulk or individually wrapped. We are not picky, but we do ask if they are made with a common allergen; please list it. Alternatively, if you would rather financially contribute, please put money in an envelope labeled "Awana snacks" in the tithe box. Thank you for helping with this important ministry!

Please reach out to Emily Hamilton with any questions at (336)909-8314

Check-in Training

The Check-in Training, originally scheduled for September 5th, has been rescheduled for Thursday, September 18th at 6:30 pm. If you haven't signed up and can attend, please let us know so we can plan for food. We are asking that anyone who volunteers in this ministry attend.

Genesis Bible Study - Part 3

Our next 12-week portion of the Genesis study has begun!

Adult classes will be offered during both the 9:30 and 11:00 services. K-5th will have a class during the 11:00 service ONLY and will meet in building C. Teens will also have a class during the 11:00 service and will meet upstairs in the loft (stairs are across from the men's restroom).

Davie High Concessions

Davie County Schools are such a huge part of our community, and their teachers/leaders are an equally huge part of our FBC family (we have lots!). One of the ways we love to support them is by helping out in concessions during a Davie High football game.

Our opportunity to serve will be on Friday, September 19th. If this is something you are willing to help with, you can comment here or click on the link below to sign up. We will follow up with you with specific instructions.(Volunteers need to be 18 or older. If under 18, they will be limited on where they can be and must be with a parent at all times.)

Chicken Stew Plus

This year, the Chicken Stew Plus will be on Saturday, October 18th! Be on the lookout for volunteer signups, coming soon! We'd love to have more trunks than ever this year!! We're also going to need a Candy Coordinator and a Trunk Coordinator. Be in prayer for how you can volunteer this year.

Food Pantry - If you know of someone in need of food, please contact Robin Quinn at robin.d.quinn@gmail.com or (336) 422-7272

We are always accepting food and monetary donations!
