Cheek Family Diaper Drop
Help us support the Cheek family (Richard & Chesseth) as they await the arrival of their precious baby soon. Diapers, wipes, gift cards, etc. can be dropped off in the lobby through Sunday, August 17th.
Pinebrook Luncheon
It's that time of year when we like to do something for our Pinebrook staff as they prepare for a new school year! On August 18th, FBC will provide lunch for them as they take a break from staff meetings. We need someone to coordinate and a team of people to help set up and serve. If this is something you'd like to be a part of, you can reach out to Katie Johnson directly at kjohnsonfbc@icloud.com or fill out a Communication Card in the lobby and drop it in the basket.
New Connections Class
If you have been attending FBC and would like to join or are simply curious about how we operate as a church, the New Connections Class is the place for you! FUEL: Middle School Late-Nighter
On Friday, August 15th, join us for the FUEL Middle School Late-Nighter!! This is also a great way to welcome our upcoming 6th graders as they join FUEL!

Awana
We are beginning to prepare for the start of Awana on September 3rd! Awana is for children 2 yrs old through 5th grade. A lot of our awesome volunteers will be returning, but we always need more! If you would like to help out this year, click the link below. If you're new to Awana and have questions about what serving in this ministry looks like, please reach out to any staff member, and we will be happy to talk to you about it. Parents, be on the lookout soon for Awana signups for your kiddos!
Water Days
Saturday, August 23rd, will be a fun-filled water day! The day will start off from 10:00 am-1:00 pm for our preschoolers, then the K-2nd graders have their turn from 1:00-4:00 pm.

Jessica Tilley's uncle, David Laney - cancer. Praise, he met with a new doctor, who had positive things to say about his treatment. They're thankful to find someone who listens.
Carl Stolz - pulmonary fibrosis
Penny Bell – Stage 5 kidney disease. Pray that if it's God's will, she will be able to get a kidney transplant through the Mayo Clinic
