Upcoming Events

CSP T-Shirt Orders - FINAL DATE TO ORDER IS TOMORROW, OCTOBER 3RD

Chicken Stew Plus is right around the corner, and we hope you're going to be a part of helping us make it a fantastic community event!

If you would like to wear your special CSP design shirt while you volunteer or attend with your family, we will have shirt orders open for a LIMITED TIME. We will need to place the order by October 3rd, so be sure to have yours in before time runs out!

Awana Snacks

Every Wednesday throughout the school year, we have a building full of Awana kiddos learning scripture, playing games, and worshiping God! This takes a lot of energy, so we like to feed them a snack before they go home. Sign up here if you feel led to contribute some yummy snacks! They can be store-bought or homemade, bulk or individually wrapped. We are not picky, but we do ask if they are made with a common allergen; please list it. Alternatively, if you would rather financially contribute, please put money in an envelope labeled "Awana snacks" in the tithe box. Thank you for helping with this important ministry!

Please reach out to Emily Hamilton with any questions at (336)909-8314

Chicken Stew Plus

If you’re new to Chicken Stew Plus (CSP), it’s a fun-filled time that your family won’t want to miss. This year, CSP is on Saturday, October 18th. We’ll have bounce houses, tractor rides through our Trunk-or-Treat, live music, the legendary Box Maze, Preschool carnival-style games, hot dogs, and, of course, some fantastic chicken stew. Be sure to invite your friends & family! It’s all FREE!

We need volunteers to help in several areas: decorating trunks (our goal is to have the most trunks ever!), serving food, loading/unloading tractors, assisting at the box maze or the Preschool games, set-up and tear-down, and more. Click the link below to sign up, or pick up a Volunteer Card from the lobby, fill it out, and drop it in the Communication Card box.

Candy donations will run through October 12th. We would love to have tons of trunks this year, which means we’ll need lots of candy to be given out to the kids. You can drop your candy off in the main lobby. If anyone is interested in being our Candy Coordinator, you can click on the link below or reach out to one of our staff members!
