Child Pickup Procedures
We are so grateful that you allow us the privilege of caring for your children while you worship with us on Sunday mornings. One of the ways we can help ensure your children are well cared for is by diligently following our Parent Pickup procedures.
When you check your child in, you should receive a Parent Pickup Sticker for each child. Please be sure to bring your sticker with you when you return to your child’s classroom for pickup. While we may know you and your family well, we ask that everyone follow these procedures consistently. Due to the world we live in, we must exercise an extra level of caution to help keep every child safe.
In addition to presenting your Parent Pickup Sticker, only an authorized adult may pick up your child. Teens in the family may only pick up younger siblings if they are 18 years old and have graduated from high school.
We know these procedures may sometimes feel inconvenient, but each measure is in place with one goal in mind: to provide the safest possible environment for your child while they are in our care. Thank you for partnering with us and helping us protect and care for your children!
Wednesday Night Ministries
Our student ministry, FUEL, meets every Wednesday from 6:30-8:15 pm. Middle School students will meet downstairs in the FUEL room. High School students will be upstairs in the loft. All 6th -12th grade students are welcome; no registration. Bring a friend!
Awana (2 years through 5th grade) is every Wednesday from 6:45-8:15 pm. You can still sign your child up online here or in person at the check-in desk on Wednesday nights.
Adult Bible Study begins this Wednesday, September 9th at 7:00 pm in the main Worship Center.
Vounteers
We still have a great need for Awana on Wednesday nights:
Puggles teachers and assistants (2-3 year olds)
T&T assistants (3rd-5th grade)
Floaters and those who can simply listen to the children recite a memory verse or show you a completed section in their handbook
With the continued blessing of growth at FBC, there is always a need for Sunday morning volunteers as well. Click the link below to let us know where you'd like to serve and we will follow up with you (you can find a brief description of each area there as well).
If you're not sure where you can serve, please reach out to our staff and let them help you find the perfect ministry for you!
Men's Prayer Breakfast
Men, mark your calendars! The Men’s Prayer Breakfast starts back up on Saturday, September 12th, at 8:30 a.m. in Building C. Men of the church gather for a home-cooked meal, real conversation, and focused prayer. Fathers are encouraged to bring their sons and be part of building the next generation.
