Men’s Prayer Breakfast, Saturday, April 9th at 8:30am in Building C. This event is open to any man that would like to come and pray for our Easter events, needs in our community and church.
Youth Extreme Easter Egg Hunt, Saturday, April 9th from 4-7pm at the Johnson Farm. Come have a blast with us at the farm. You can register here. Please contact Seth Parnell for directions at: 336-482-7793.
We still need your help with our Easter Egg Hunt! Our Egg Hunt will be on Saturday, April 16thfor Toddlers through Fifth Grade beginning at 10:30am. This event is always so much more than just hunting eggs and candy. Everyone, including parents, will hear the important message of what Easter is truly about.
We are in need of many different types of volunteers from guides, actors, food team, a set-up crew, and so much more! Click here for specific details and to sign up.
Easter Egg Candy. This Sunday, the 10th, will be the last day to drop off candy for the Egg Hunt. Don’t forget, non-chocolate please. You can place your candy in the blue cart in the lobby.
Week of Prayer for Home Missions: April 10th-16th:
Sunday, April 10th: Pray that God will give us, FBC, the wisdom in choosing the church He wants us to help revitalize.
Monday, April 11th: Pray that God would guide Pastor Phillip and his team to the correct pastor to call to revitalize the church.
Tuesday, April 12th: Pray that God would move the hearts of the church members we’re helping to be open to change.
Wednesday, April 13th: Pray for willing hearts of the FBC missions team as they minister and take part in revitalizing the church.
Thursday, April 14th: Pray God will send people to the church that are ready to invest in doing the work for His kingdom.
Friday, April 15th: Pray God will move in the community that surrounds the church, that they would be open to hearing the gospel.
Saturday, April 16th: Pray God will protect against the attacks of Satan, as he will try to hinder the church reaching souls for God’s kingdom.
Sign-Ups for Sunday Morning Bible Studies, Volume 2. We are asking for you to sign-up so that we can plan the location of the classes. These eight-week Bible Study classes will begin on Sunday, April 24th. Each Bible Study Class will be taught at 9:30am and 11am. The studies will Nehemiah Part II and Fascinating Stories of Forgotten Lives by Charles Swindoll. We have extended the last day to sign-up to April 14th. You can also let us know Sunday by signing up through our Communication Card. Completed cards can be placed in the black tray located on the table in the lobby.
Parents, there will also be Bible Study classes for kindergarten thru 5th grade and a teen class at 11am. There will also be classes for zero -PreK.
